Create acticities from agent

Create activities from the slife agent. Currently, I can "Log Activity" but I would like to actually create and activity. I am ticket driven meaning I am required to follow a ticket queue. Once I assign a ticket and start working it I would like to be able to track the work for that activity. Right now I would l have to go to the web page to create it instead of from the agent that is already on my system.
