Hello folks, my brand new CTEK 3300 switches between modes fine but the battery indicator light does not light. It's connected correctly. Any thoughts?

Usually that would indicate a poor connection to the battery or wall outlet. Be sure that the outlet is live and working and that the connection to the battery is secure.
If you still experience the problem, please contact CTEK customer service at the below number for a warranty replacement.
