Is it possible to automatically assign tickets to a user based on which project they are submitted into?
Basically, if a ticket is added to a specific project, we would like it to be automatically be assigned to a user/person from our list.
As it currently stands, we need to manually select each ticket and "Assign it to" someone, which is a very timely process.

EMPLOYEE0This is not possible at this point... If the person is the same, then what is the real plus of this feature? That person just opens that project and knows all the tickets there are for him/her - there is not need to also assign the ticket to that person. He/she can assign that ticket to themselves, though that is not necessary.
