- Quick review of applicant profile:
The top of the page summarizes candidate's profile so that you can quickly scan to evaluate whether the candidate is a good match for your position. This section is followed by a detailed resume with added information, for further review, if needed.
- Stay in control:
- The status bar and job-related information on the top right, give you a quick summary of where this candidate is with respect to the job s/he has applied to. See where you are with this candidate and what your colleagues think of the candidate (overall average rating). This job-related information followed by the ability to quickly rate or perform other candidate actions, makes it easy to communicate with the candidate.
- All the recent activity related to this candidate is displayed in the recent activity section. Get complete report of what your colleagues have to say, when s/he is scheduled for an interview etc. The “See all” link in this area, gives you the complete candidate history.
Automated candidate status updates keeps you informed and in control of the hiring process. We have updated candidate statuses to a more meaningful list (new, in-review, interviewing, offered, accepted, hired, rejected or withdrawn). The status is also automatically updated based on your actions and communication with the candidate (example: Sending an invite to the applicant automatically changes its status from In-review to Interviewing)
