Yesterday we had a full power outage due to the electric storms in our area. Our clinic lost power for 5 hours, meaning we had no lights, electricity, phones, or Frontdesk as our server lost power. As we lost power to the server, all 10 clinics lost access to Frontdesk! (disaster!)
Thankfully, each night our admin staff print the appointment book for times like this, so it was very helpful to have the patients names and therapists diaries for when the patients arrived. But when we decided we needed to close, we didn't have access to clients phone numbers to call them and cancel.
So - it would be very helpful if the appointment book had a tick box option to include the clients phone number when printing the report, for times like these. Thanks
