Appointment Details Tooltip

When hovering over a patient name and a long sms message has been sent none of the appointment details are visible as the sms is showing as one continuous sentence. Is there a way to change this as it is very annoying?

Hi Sal. We have removed your screenshot as it contained patient details. Thank you for bringing this issue to our attention. This will be fixed in our next upgrade due out by Monday.

Hi Timothy, has this issue been resolved. We recently upgraded to 20.1.2 and still have the same problem with sms showing as a continuous sentence in the appointment details which means we are unable to see some of the other details.

Hi Sal. Thank you for your feedback. The issue was partially fixed in 20.1.2, but we have since identified further instances where the issue can occur. This will be fixed in the next Front Desk upgrade, due in the next 2 weeks. We will update this post once the upgrade is available.
