Hi, we've had a few people comment lately. When they are taking time with online booking. It says they must be having a problem. They get booted off and have to call.
Hi BFC. The Patient Booking Gateway includes a lockout feature to prevent people from constantly searching your system for appointments, otherwise known as data mining. We suspect that your lockout default is set too low, which is why patients are receiving the message you describe. We recommend increasing the lockout default, perhaps to 30, to give your patients a reasonable number of different appointment options. This can be set in Front Desk from File > Patient Booking Gateway Configuration > Defaults, as shown below:
