Does anyone have a Bank of America account as their funding source? If so, are there fees from BoA when Smartypig makes withdrawals each time?

I use BoA as my funding source. I have not been charged any fees by them for transferring funds to SmartyPig

What account are you drawing from? I use Bank of America, also. When I first started using SmartyPig (three years ago or so) I had it set up to use my savings account at BoA. The way SP works is each goal is a separate withdrawal - from a checking account, that's no problem. But with a savings account, you have a limit to how many withdrawals you can make in a month: the federal limit is 6 a month, while Bank of America's is 3 (at least when I had this problem). I noticed one month that they were dinging me $6 per additional withdrawal! I went to branch and had them reverse the charges (the squeaky wheel works sometimes) and immediately changed my funding source to my checking account. I also closed the useless BoA savings account...I keep a small buffer in checking, now.
