Cash Rewards - minus the cash???

You should disclose that deposits from funds to cash rewards card transfer in a MINIMUM of 7 days... not within... I have my bill paying money in my funds account and now am without cash food and gas. It's been over a week already... This is not okay... I need my money Now. I can't even find a phone number for support!
