Where can we buy replacement cables?

I bought some Tracks but returned them because the remote kept randomly pausing and fast forwarding. I cant find any headphones as nice for such a low price, so i want to try buying them again. If the cable breaks at some point I want to be able to buy a new one, but I can't find a place.

Currently we do not sell the cables by themselves but we will in the next coming months. You also have a one year warranty and our support team will be happy to help you with any issues you may have in the future. Fuck you headphones. I dont want to always buy replacement cables. I bought my fucking second replacement cable. Fuck that.

I really hope that there is an answer for this now. I am so bummed that I trashed my cable today. Without it, the TRACKS are useless! Please supply a resource for replacement cable, please please please

Is the cable different for the Tracks HD? Because i bought them, but ripped the cable for my left engine. I understand you are working hard and i appreciate that. Thanks for making my area headphones!

i ripped my cable and am very angry with myself looking at these incredible, amazing headphones, sitting there being useless. i know you guys are working on it, but i have a question. why not sell them now if they are already being made and sold with the headphones? im having a hard time understanding this.

Also dissapointed with the cords build quality and the lack of support from service representatives. I bought the tracks hd because my logic was that if I damaged the cord as it did happen I would just buy a new one... To my suprise its not that easy...

Currently SOL REPUBLIC doesn't sell separate cables. To receive a replacement cable please email support@solrepublic.com with a picture of the damaged cable, receipt, and your shipping info. We're always looking into improving our products and we take your feedback very seriously.

What considerations are taken in the event that the receipt is not found but the original box and validation from Best Buy is available to verify that the product was bought at a authorized retailer ?

After only 2 weeks I ended up having my 3rd pair of these headphones due to the cable breaking multiple times. The store warranty allowed for me to get whole new headphones each time for the first two weeks but after about a month my 3rd pair also had a dysfunctional cable, rendering it useless.

The problem seems to be the stretching that occurs on the cord near the jack that connects to the ipod, phone etc. It happens when you keep the device in your pocket. Things like bending, sitting, and even walking put stress on the cord at that area causing one cup to stop working entirely. It's fixed easily by buying a new cord(without in-line remote) at any electronics store. Its not a defect in a few models of the tracks but will happen to ALL tracks unless SOL reinforces this area of the cord.

It is not that easy to find replacement cables at any store. I actually tried that and I ended up having to buy like 5 different parts because it had to be two mono cables and a splitter and a converter from a 3.5mm to a 2.5 mm and so on. If you could tell me where I can get a more sufficient cable for substitution then I would be happy to get one.

hi I live in the UK and I purchased my tracks hd when on holiday in america in january. My cable has now detached completely. How would i go about getting a replacement cable.
