"Add comment to issue" checkbox set to default=ON

Is there some way to make the "Add comment to issue" checkbox set to default=ON? We plan to use it for our helpdesk too, and it is very convenient to just double click the tasks in question, and add the notes. The bad thing is that these notes are not searchable in Jira. A fare workaround is the checkbox, but this is not available in this scenario. On the other hand, if this would be always ON, would be just perfect for us.
