Add support for multiple column sets

I'd like to have either different column sets for each filter or for each issue type.

We use JIRA to track support issues (data management), release tickets, new/enhanced features, and defects. Each has a slightly different set of relevant columns. I'd like some way to have sets of columns that can be applied to particular filters.
