Hi Arlen Henriquez -

What OS are you on? What version of Songbird are you using? What add-ons do you have installed in Songbird? How are you syncing to the phone? What mode is the phone in? What format are your tracks?

Thanks.

fixed the issue apparently itunes converted all my music to .m4a which is what i think was causing the issue. So i fixed the issue by converting my music files to .mp3

well after everything was working correctly for me songbird started acting weird. It detects the s3 but it's unable to sync to it or access any music from it. So i been using Google music with the offline music importer app instead of Songbird. Also i tried Sony's media go program (http://mediago.sony.com/enu/features) which works perfectly with the s3 it also lets you sync videos with the s3

Attempting to sync my Samsung Galaxy S iii with my Songbird library causes Songbird to crash. Everything works fine up until I initiate a sync and then after 3-5 files sync Songbird crashes. I'm running the latest version of Songbird on Windows 7.
