I’m frustrated

I can not activate my VSTs

I bought the Harmonica VST and Banjo VST Jan 3 but I never managed to authorize these instruments. When I enter my order number in the www-page dialog, it won't accept this number. Since I did not receive any other registration number with my order, and since the trial period was only three days, I can not use these VSTs anymore!

I contacted support the same day I bought the VSTs (Jan 3), but I have not received any reply at all yet. What should I do?

(BTW, to be able to post this I was forced to choose the related product from a list, but I could not find my VSTs there, hence the irrelevant categorization...)
