Want to activate Harpsichord for a second time.

I have a new PC and wanted to use Harpsichord which I bought 3 years ago. I got one response from Sonivox support about managing my licenses using iLok, but I never used iLok back then and the system doesn't recognize my e-mail address. The same goes for Sonivox page. Legacy Sonivox account management displays "Site can't be reached" and I have no response from your support after replying to them on 14th of March (i put case number in the message's title as requested). Facebook page says that Sonivox is replying very fast but I also got no response for few days now.
Also, your support request page is broken for few days displaying syntax error.
IT'S REALLY HARD TO GET ANY HELP FROM SONIVOX, guys...
I would like to know if there is anything that can be done? Software itself does not accept my old license file, but I suppose that is a regular behavior?

PS. I picked grand paino for a related product because my product is not even listed...
