Include link to End User's account in the Successful Renewal email.

Nearly all of our cancellations occur when the customer gets their monthly invoice and then thinks "gee, I'm not using this much, I don't need it anymore. I'll cancel it".

However, the info in the Successful Renewal doesn't provide the info they need to log into their account.

If you just include the same sort of link that you do in the Failed Renewal they could do this via Self Service instead of calling us to cancel it.

We talked about it some more internally here. You make some very good points Mr. Analogy. We decided to make your suggestion the default for Renewal Success emails.

So now in that email we include something like:
