Backup keeps failing

Hi.
Everytime I try to backup my springpad data, its fails. Why is that happening?
I would like some help with that matter.

Thanks! I just tried backing up on my machine and was successful. Can you clear your browser cache and try backing up again?

Hi Devin, you operate wonders...yes it did backup.

I have a last question: is the browser cache completely responsable for these failures on my side?

Great news. We had an issue with backup that has since been resolved, but even when that was fixed, we asked users to clear their cache first.

I am still unable to backup my notes.

It is taking forever to solve this issue.

I just did a backup, and it said it finished, but when I downloaded the zip file it was an incomplete backup containing probably less than half of my data.

I tried again, and it didn't do any better. I'm guessing that the backup might include only the most recently created items. The backup includes only the newest note from my "General" notebook, and most but not all of the books listed in my "Books About Naval History in the Napoleonic Era" notebook, which was recently created. All my other notes and notebooks, which are older, are missing from the backup.
