Sync w/ Google Apps

I just subscribed using paypal and I can't seem to set up the sync with google apps. Everytime I click on the link to SprinxCRM for Google Apps it takes me to a page written in Czech that says Page Not Found: http://www.sprinxcrm.com/Services/Pag...

Frustrating!

Hello Jim,
We have two versions of Online SprinxCRM. First one is Google Apps integrated, second one is not Google Apps integrated. We have checked your SprinxCRM instance and it is not Google Apps integrated. It is not a big problem, we can fix it quickly.
I am going to send you the email how to generate the Google Apps integrated instance. Unfortunatelly I can not do it myself because you have to add the SprinxCRM from Google Marketplace and I don't know your Google Apps login name and password. I will transfer you subscription and payment to your new Google Apps integrated instance.

Jim has created new instance from Google Apps marketplace and the synchronization between SprinxCRM and Google Apps works now.

Does Sprinx allow synchronization between Google Apps and Contacts within SprinxCRM?

Is there a SprinxCRM widget for Google apps?

I am having the same synchronization issues explained above.

Yes, SprinxCRM for Google Apps supports one way contact synchronization from SprinxCRM to Google Apps. The one way email synchronization from Gmail to SprinxCRM and bidirectional synchronization between Google Calendar and Calendar in SprinxCRM are supported too.

You can create your SprinxCRM for Google Apps directly in Google Apps dashboard. Search SprinxCRM in Market Place and add it.

Hello SprinxCRM:

I am have the same problem and may have done what is explained here. I original signed up on the SprinxCRM page, I think for the GoogleAPPS version, and then installed the GoogleAPPS version from within GoogleAPPS marketplace. I am not seeing any sync at all. Do I have a conflict between the two ways in which I joined?

Hello Dan,

I'm not sure if I understand your question but I did this:

1. Created a new contact in GoogleApps
2. Created a new appointment in GoogleAPPS Calendar
3. Created a new contact in Sprinx from within GoogleAPPS
4. Created a new event then appointment in Sprinx from within GoogleAPPS

Waited about 15 minutes; signed out; restarted browser (Chrome) cleared cache, including forms; signed into GoogleAPPS and then in to Sprinx.

Still no sync. I'll read the article you just posted.

I just read your GoogleAPPS article and all of that was done. I just checked all of the permissions for SprinxCRM and they look good. I'm sure it is something simple that I may be missing. I did get the e-mail and will reply with the info asked for.

Thank you for email. I have reply few minutes ago.
According the sync logs your mailbox is not probably the Google Apps mailbox. Please send us the screenshots of configuration of your Google Apps. Read email for more details.
