Our software cannot physically damage your hardware. I believe this is simply a misleading correlation.
Also, can you not duplicate threads by posting in our private system and our open forum? The same employees will read it regardless of which system to use.
See, it's not possible to have been caused by anything else. I wasn't doing anything else at the time I was using the app, and my sd card was working.perfectly up to then.
I apologise for the duplicate posts, this is a serious matter and I wanted to secure a response.
Our software is simply using your storage card as a storage device for data, and, depending on your settings, is backing up data from it, too. The software is not accessing any settings at a high enough level to cause damage to your storage card.
I would say that it is immensely difficult to accidentally write a program that can cause this damage.
How old was your storage card when you installed our software?
