Searching for Documents
Are you looking for a document that you know
was in your WebForms account just a couple of days ago? Here are some
helpful tips to find documents that may have been Archived or buried
in your Inbox or Sent folder.

Navigating to the Advanced Search feature
At the top of your Inbox, there are a couple of ways to search
through your WebForms account. You can either put a specific document number in Search by Document ID in the upper left hand corner, or click the word Search in the upper right hand corner.
Both options will take you to this screen, which is your
Advanced Search:

Tip: When searching for a specific document number in
the Search by Document ID, and nothing shows up, uncheck Exact Match and
click the blue Search button again.

Finding Archived Documents
We recommend when searching for Archived documents to select the following options:
- Date range “All” (in blue)
- Highlight all of the statuses.

Saving Searches
