Intro....

Tip #1: Compatibility View Settings
  1. Navigate to your WebForms Inbox.
  2. While within the inbox, click on the gear icon on the right side of
Internet Explorer.  If you do not see a gear icon, please looks for
"Tools" in the upper left.  Once you have found the option, please
    select "Compatibility View Settings."
  3. You will want to ensure hosted-commerce.net is listed under add this website.  Once      confirmed, please click "Add" followed by "Close."
  4. Go back to your Inbox and open a Purchase Order.  The order should now load and print successfully.
**This addresses any documents showing or printing as blank in Internet Explorer.

Tip #2: Stored Pages
  1. Access the "Tools" menu once more, as explained above.  This time, select "Internet Options."
  2. On the General tab, click the "Settings" button in the Browsing History section.
  3. From the following window, select "Every time I visit the webpage," and click OK.
  4. Click Apply and OK.

Tip #3: Enabling Java
  1. Access the "Tools" menu as explained above, and select "Manage ad-ons."
  2. Locate Oracle America, Inc.  If you have Java on your computer, you will find the Java plugins below.  Ensure they are "enabled."  If they are not, simply click on the line and select enable near the bottom-right.
**This will ensure Internet Explorer allows Java to run in the browser.

It is important that your Java is up-to-date to limit any interruptions in loading forms.
