Shipping labels not loading – able to load others
If the shipping labels are not loading for a particular Advance Ship Notice (ASN), but appear to be loading for other ASNs, it is likely an error in the way the ASN was packed. Please see example situations below that may cause your labels not to load or present you with an error screen.
Example One:
Shipped Quantity is not divisible by Quantity per Carton.

Given the ASN has been sent, you will want to notify your Trading Partner of the incorrect ASN. If they advise you to send a corrected ASN, you will want to create a new ASN from the same Purchase Order. If the option is crossed off, please follow the steps in this post.
