Tea to water ratio for tasting notes.

I think it'd be real helpful if on the tasting note dialogs, under 'preparation details' there was also a place to note the amount of tea to water quantity ratio (i.e. 1 tablespoon per 8 oz. or 1 teaspoon per 6 oz., etc.) Of smaller import, I think it would also be good to allow additional preparation details for subsequent steeps in a tasting note. Thanks a lot!

That's a good idea. We'd have to figure out a way to display the man options for that, but we don think that is helpful info. Thanks for the recommendation!

There is something else I have wondered about beside the tea to water ratio.  Is there a difference in steeping time based on the quantity of tea that is being brewed.  Mind you, I have never exceeded 48 ounces (or 6 eight ounce cups) of water, but I would assume that a larger amount of water would require a somewhat longer steeping time.  I have never seen anything in the literature that suggests that tea leaves be disturbed during the steeping process.
