Awaiting delivery after almost three months

Hi there, I paid close to AU$200 in January in order to have your magazines delivered to me in Australia using your 40 issues for $40 special. As of yet I have not received any and I cannot log into your Managing my Subscription service due to it only recognising US or Canadian zip codes.
If delivery of my magazines is not possible, I would like a full refund please.

    We received and entered your subscription to Charisma Magazine on Jan 29, 2016 40 Issues (3 years 4 months). Your first issue was Charisma April 2016 and that issue mailed out on March 22, 2016. Also, to log into Managing Your Subscription, your Account number is 0005638382. The April 2016 issue will be late as of April 22, 2016.
