I’m super frustrated

Charisma Magazine needs better Subscriber Customer Service

Charisma Magazine - worst subscriber customer service ever. Shouldn't it be striving for excellence? My subscription was about to expire so I logged into my account on the official magazine website to extend it - standard practise on 99 percent of all magazines for years now.

However, no luck - there was no "extend subscription" section. I e-mailed customer service and got the answer to start a new subscription (!), it would be added to my current one. Did that and paid for it on May 17. Today (June 29) I receive a new issue - stating that my subscription has now expired and this was my last issue.

I wonder: will I see anything for the money that Strang Communications (!) already took? Or will I have to struggle to get it back? The sad part is that the magazine is mostly good.
