Problem with print subscription to Charisma

I seem to have gotten 2 active subscriptions to Charisma print magazine. I received 2 copies of the Dec issue with different expiration dates and account numbers. I need for them to be consolidated. The labels also were a different format and paper... not sure what's going on. both have the same name and address - Debbie Barber, 122 Private Road 3639, springtown, TX 76082-4521. One says #CRA0002213905/7# May 13 00001. the other says #CRA0002243913/1# Noe 12 00001.
Can you help me?

  • Thank you, Nettie. I appreciate your quick response. I think the second subscription came thru a phone solicitation that I worried was a scam but they assured me it wasn't. I was supposed to recv 2 other magazine subscriptions and some grocery discount coupons - neither of which ever happened. do you know anything about that - just curious...

    I was looking at the News on yesterday here in Florida and there was a gentleman that took advantage a Time Share and was on of his Free Gifts was the Free Grocery coupons and he called Channel 9 to report the company because this is how it works: You use the same credit card to purchase groceries, then you send in a copy of your grocery receipts for $100 of grocery you spend, they will send you back $20. The gentleman had spent over $400 worth of groceries for the last 4 months and he had only received $20 for the first $100, Channel 9 got involved and they finally sent the gentleman the other $60 he was due. So, it's not a scam but you just have to stay on them until you get every thing, they promised you.

    Yes, the second order was from an agency.
