streams added but don't appear

Hey there, Sreamified is a great idea, I was completely enthusiastic about when I found it and installed it instantly as app for chrome and on iphone 3GS, too. Adding the streams was simple but, unfortunately, I cannot see any of my facebook entries in Google+ stream on browser and only a few on iphone. What could be the prob?
Additionally, I would really appreciate, if I could view my personalized google+ feed on iphone, because I don't use the public at all - so it's completely useless by now.

To address your second question first (the personalized G+ feed), unfortunately this is a restriction from Google, not from us. Google has yet to release a full API for G+. An "API" is the thing that lets apps like us "talk to" services like G+. Without such an API, our hands are tied.

As for the Facebook entries... it sounds like perhaps your Facebook feed is rather sparse? Keep in mind, the Facebook entries are injected directly into the G+ feed. So, if there have been 100 G+ posts in the last 24 hours, but only 3 FB posts, you'll only see 3 FB posts interspersed amongst the 100 G+ posts. Have you tried opening JUST the Facebook Stream (hover overtop the Streamified icon and choose the Facebook stream) to see just the Facebook posts? Have you tried adding any other networks (like Twitter) and seeing if those work well?

Sry, but that's not the key. Of course, I tried to open the Facebook stream only, but there was no single entry :-/ I don't have any other accounts to test, if they work.

I wanted to send you a screenshot, but now, suddenly, the Streamified icon on upper left side ist gone -.- Config says, I am connected.

With regards to the icon disappearing -- have you tried refreshing the page? Restarting the browser?

What does your timeline look like on Facebook.com? When is the most recent post?

You do not have any streams yet configured. Click on the Streamified icon in your browser toolbar to add a stream.

Ok, I've cleaned the cache and (and cookies) waited a few days and I'm still getting this on my G+ page. The icon in the menu bar does take me to the settings and I have configured those. What's next.

ljhassan,

1) Can you confirm that, when you open your profile on Streamified.me (click on the three lines in the upper left, then on the user icon next to your name), you have the "Merge into G+" enabled

2) What streams do you have configured on your account?

3) What browser and operating system are you using?

Zane, Thanks...here is the latest info...

sorry for the length of this....I was getting a different box..this was not coming up, what I was getting was an email letter login screen your screen capt above the "Save" and then a longer version of the previously noted message...streamified extension not present etc..I took a breath deleted the current extension and then attempted to redownload. When the new extension seemed to be crashing on download and then would not launch I opted for a total cold boot figuring there were other issues beyond the Streamified one.

Once I got it back I reloaded without issue, however now when I attempt to login to Streamified to configure I am getting a Gateway timeout. except about every third or fourth time when I am getting a login screen for username and then on login...I get a Gateway Timeout...

as for the other two questions:
2) Facebook and Twitter (Streamified is running within G+) I occaisionally disable Twitter when the s/n ratio gets out of whack.
3) Chrome (22.1229.36 Beta-m) on Win 7 64bit

Hm, the gateway timeout is definitely something wrong on our end and should not be happening... it has to do with our servers being overloaded. I'm working on this right now, but as best as I can tell the issue is not currently happening, so you might try again now...
