I can't use StumbleUpon—at all? . . .

Why can't I use StumbleUpon? Every time I try to "stumble" an interest, search, or do anything with it, I get this message:
"max login failures
max login failures," and then I can't do anything. Please fix this as soon as possible! :o

Hello,

It looks like you're using Firefox. Have you upgraded to the latest version of Firefox and our Firefox StumbleBar? If so, are you running any other add-ons? Have you tried Stumbling in another browser to see if the issue replicates?

Users have reported that signing out and signing back in resolves this issue. In Firefox, this means signing out of the site and the add-on. Thanks for your cooperation.

None of that worked; I had already tried each of your posted options. I instead deleted the StumbleUpon add-on and re-installed it, then it all worked. Thank you, though!
