Not able to share

I am following a connection and a connection is following me. Yet, I can't share with that connection. Why? Nor can they share with me. Why?

Hello,

I see that you are both following and sharing is enabled between your accounts. So you do not see itsamadcaplife in your share menu? Or does the user appear in the share menu but the share fails to send?

Yes, I'm unable to see itsamadcaplife in my share menu. I am also unable to receive shares. Thanks!

Hi,

The share menu for you has 57 connections not necessarily in alphabetical order, have you scrolled down through the share menu to ensure that the user is not there?

What browser are you using? You may need to the update to the latest version of the browser and any installed StumbleUpon add-ons you may be running.

The account is not owned by me. I think I started it. It's owned by the Etsy Team. I don't use it. How do I transfer the ownership to the Etsy Team. It's not my personal account. Perhaps that will solve the problem. Thanks!

Hello,

To resolve the sharing issue please update your browser and the StumbleUpon toolbar. Then go to your share menu and verify that the user itsamadcaplife is not in your share menu.
