How do I go about getting a site unblocked? I am an active user of the site and occasionally stumble creative humorous content I have made at my company. I certainly don't spam with it, and now it seems that the website has been blocked. I sent a message about it but haven't heard back. What are other avenues to explore? I don't think I should be penalized, I am a regular and enthusiastic user of Stumbleupon.

Looking at your account you've definitely run into a system limitation because you've been adding too many web pages from the same domain. The site is not blocked and users are still Stumbling it but you cannot add anymore pages from this domain at this time.

You can read more about it in our Help Center: http://www.stumbleupon.com/help/repor...

Hope this helped.

Thank you for the information. Is there a document that outlines the rules regarding this action?

For example, is this an indefinite limitation? Is it time based? Can I go back and curate or remove stumbles to get the number back down to an acceptable level and remove the limitation?

I am happy to follow the rules regarding posts from a single domain, and I'm very interested in being able to post (less of course) links of my original humor content that I think people will enjoy from the site.

The link in my last comment states, "The posting limit will remain in place until you use the StumbleBar more frequently to Like, Dislike, comment and add a wider variety of web pages." The limit is not indefinite in your case, but if once the limit is removed you start adding more pages from the same domain you will see this limitation again soon.

We do not publish the details of the submission limit as there are many factors that decide how long the limit stays in place and they are mostly based on user behavior so it's essentially a case-by-case basis.

Also, you cannot remove additions from StumbleUpon.
