How do I factory reset a Polycom phone if it has been setup to work with a different IP PBX?

Polycom phones usually auto-configure when plugged into a BC200. However sometimes when a Polycom phone has been connected to a different IP PBX the settings stop the auto-configuration from working. How can I easily reset the phone so it looks it is a new phone.
