(Resolved) Credit Card & email declined

My credit card is being declined and the problem is on your end. I've tried 4 times and I'm about to give up. I've read all of the other complaints. It seems like you've been having this problem for quite some time. I can't add an email address to my account either. The email box isn't open for me to add my info.

Thanks for your note. Sorry to hear you're having some trouble ordering right now. For the most part, the order system is working well, but occasionally there is a card/order that won't go through automatically.

At your convenience, please send me an email to: support@hipstamaticapp.com

In the email, please include the following:

- the email address of your Hipstaccount
- the last 4 digits of your credit card, as well as the type of card (MC/Visa)
- this link --> http://gsfn.us/t/2xuq5 (to track back to this thread)

I'll forward that information to our tech support team who should be able to sort out what's up with that transaction.
