TWO zero-balance credit cards declined at the Hipstamart...

Why are my zero-balance credit card(s) being declined at the Hipstamart? Once the first card was declined, I looked through previous related topics and assumed it was a temporary glitch, but a second CC zero-balance card has also been declined. I have verified the card numbers, expiration dates and CVV2 numbers.
