Recordings Have Disappeared

I've been notified by my listeners and I have since confirmed that all of my recordings have disappeared. The download link is there but when you click on the download button, it says NOT FOUND. It's almost as if the file is totally gone from the recordings server.

Hi Jeff,

We have found out that the recordings storage has had some issues this morning and we're working to get it fixed.

Just gave it another shot, not sure if the company is still working on the problem but I'm able to download and listen to the shows again.

Hi Jeff,

Our recording processor is now working and the reason you are able to get your recording is because it is running off of our Backup Server.

If you notice slowness, that is because we are running off of the Backup Server.
