- This seems really easy to use... but we must determine ownership of supporting, commenting, resolving!
- Can clients attach documents?
- Can we sort related posts?
- We need to think about a policy for nasty comments. Do all comments post immediately? What if clients are so frustrated they are inapporopriate?
- Can we clock compeditors from becoming a fake client?
- Can we rate top contributors? Influencers? Top users (like a tagline or something) 10+ years TT user.

I concur with all of Tammy's comments... this is very user friendly and pretty intuitive. Although I can't quite figure out the "Me Too" button at the top???
