Would love some actual race commentary instead of all music. I could listen to Phil Liggett read the dictionary. "Look at him just dancing on the pedals..." It would give it even more of a race feel.

Would love to do that, but I don't have the rights to the voice-overs! You'll have to do your own Phil impersonations! : - )

I have perhaps an even better idea to allow all current Sufferfest videos to have additional commentary. That is to have someone (with time, so not me) create a Subtitles track for each video and upload them here in some sort of User Repository.

There can be infinite Subtitle tracks made for each video. Using simple free software such as TSMuxer, you simply re-mux your Sufferfest MP4's adding Subtitles. If you use TSMuxer, you add the Subs to the original MP4, select M2TS as the output format, then hit Start Muxing. You may have to experiment with the Font size in TSMuxer's Subtitle tab to get the Subs right for you (I suggest starting with around 24, and adjust from there to suit you). Once it's muxed, rename the file extension of your new file back to MP4 if you want. Don't worry, it'll work.

The Subtitle track can be created in Notepad, named whatever you want with the file extension .srt. The contents of the .srt file is formatted where each comment is led by a serial number, then a start time (hh:mm:ss,sss) to display the caption, two dashes and a right arrow, then a finish time to display, then the actual caption):

00:01:00,827 --> 00:01:02,419
Hello? Hello, Abbeville?

00:01:02,462 --> 00:01:06,762
What? But if you cannot
place them, advise Paris.

00:01:06,800 --> 00:01:08,961
I'm at my winds end,
but carry on.

00:02:23,743 --> 00:02:25,711
But yes, I hear you very well.

00:02:25,745 --> 00:02:27,679
Eh? What?

00:02:27,714 --> 00:02:29,375
Are you sure?

00:02:29,415 --> 00:02:30,643
They are at Sedan?

Although adding Audio Tracks using TSMuxer applies the same way, so maybe this is somewhat appropriate!
