EMPLOYEE1When you choose "will call" as your delivery method, you're opting to pick your tickets at the event. Typically "will call" is offered because the event doesn't use regular tickets and just a pre-paid guest list. "Will Call" is also offered when there isn't enough time to send your tickets out via US Mail.
We stop sending tickets via US Mail 9 day prior to an event. This ensures there is enough time to deliver your tickets.
If "will call" is the only option, you'll pick your tickets up at the event. Remember to bring a picture ID and the credit card you used to purchase the tickets,
