There are a few ways to print your e-tickets. Upon checkout, your tickets will be available for immediate downloading and/or printing on the order confirmation screen. The e-tickets will also be emailed to you in PDF form. Lastly, you will always be able to access any tickets you bought through TicketLeap by logging into your account using your email address and password on TicketLeap.com. If you chose not to set your own password upon checkout, a numerical password was sent to you during the ticket buying process. Upon login, your screen will look like the image below:

I have tried to print the tickets that I have purchased but when attempting to open the documents in a PDF file, it says that I can not open the documents. Therefore, I cannot print the tickets either. I need some help. Thanks!

Hi Brady,

While your tickets are in fact transferable TicketLeap would have no official role in the transfer. What you choose to do with your ticket is completely in your hands. Additionally, we do not list re-sale tickets on our website. When arriving at an event, there will only be one entry provided per ticket. If there are multiple parties attempting to enter using the same ticket, only the first party that arrived with the ticket will be admitted.

I hope that clears this up for you but feel free to call us at 877-849-5327 or email at support@ticketleap.com if you need more help.

Hi Peg,

I'll be happy to help you print your tickets but will need some more information from you first. The more questions you can answer the better I'll be able to help you.

Which operating system does your computer run?

What browser do you use and can you provide the version?

Where were you attempting to print the tickets from? From the screen right after your purchase? From the email that you received with the pdf's attached? Or from within your TicketLeap customer account?

Which version of Adobe Reader do you have ? You'll need Adobe Reader to print the tickets.

You can reply here, email us at support@ticketleap.com or call us at 877-849-5327 and we'll be able to help you from there.

I can't print mine either. I'm using Windows 7, I've tried it in Firefox and IE, and I tried it both right after purchase, and from the email that you sent me. I have Adobe Reader 9. I get an error message saying the file could not be printed. It says a page was not selected. I've tried selecting just the first page but that makes no difference.

Hi Anna,

It sounds like most likely, you'll need to update your Adobe Reader to the most current version, 9.3.3.

If that doesn't help, please forward the email you received with the tickets attached to support@ticketleap.com and we can check the integrity of the file and be able to best assist you from there.

If you didn't download or print your tickets upon checkout, you can always re-print them from the email that is sent to you after checkout. If you didn't receive the email, then you should check your spam filter to see if the email was caught in your spam filter. If you can't find the email, you can go back to www.ticketleap.com and click "print my tickets" at the top of the page. Enter your email address and click "submit", and then your tickets will be emailed to you again.

If you're still having trouble after these steps, please email us at support@ticketleap.com or call us at 877-849-5327 and we'll be able to help you from there.
