Failure to enable international roaming.

After I signed-up for t-mobile, I asked if international roaming is possible. The representative said 'yes'. Once I arrived at the foreign country I was traveling in, I discovered that my phone did not work. I called back and the representative suggested they had to enable roaming for it to work.

After they enabled it, it still didn't work. They then informed me that my plan did not support roaming in the country I was traveling to.

In general, the knowledge of the customer care representatives about the subject was abysmally low.
