T-Mobile, Orange and other networks

Refund 'credit' from a Pay As You Go account. No, that doesn't mean transferring it to another Pay As You Go account; it means returning the money in the form that is was delivered to the network. The network (company) hasn't provided any services, so why do companies T-Mobile and Orange think they can just keep your money? Oh yes, because "The Future's Bright" when you're screwing your customers.
