Programmes not working after installation of the Trend Anti Virus

All my games and music/media player are not working. Last night your help team were able to guide me through correcting a similar situation for my MS Office programmes. Please advise what I should do now.

This issue happened probably because Trend Micro detected some of your programs as a threat and blocked its process. To check if your program was blocked, please refer to this link: https://esupport.trendmicro.com/en-us/home/pages/technical-support/1059964.aspx

If you find that your program was blocked by Trend Micro please follow the step-by-step tutorial on how to add your program to the exception list.

If your issue was resolved after doing the steps in the tutorial link provided, please update us in this forum. This will greatly help other Trend Micro users when they encounter the same problem as yours.
