Auto topup failure

Hi,

I just ran out of credit and auto topup is not kicking in. Is there some kind of problem in this area?

The problem is with tru SIM, does this affect the email address I need to send to?

Could you please send an email to help@truphone.com and let us know your Tru Number, Username and mention again the issue you are having? We will get that corrected for you.

Alternatively you can contact us on 707 from your Tru SIM at no cost.
