i have not been able to call anyone on my phone or receive since morning and I have urgent things to do. Why is that? I stll have $42 on my acct. PHONE #2146463587

I have too. All day now, wherever I have gone (in London, UK...) my phone using Tru Sim has shown either searching or no bars of signal at all. Been unable to make any calls nor receive any calls. I have credit on my account. Really weird, and really damn annoying. 7184122733

Hi Esther/Harry,

There was an issue yesterday that customers may have experienced regarding connecting to the Tru network in the UK.

However this has now been investigated and fixed, so if you could reset your phone by turning if off, leaving it for 30 seconds and switching back on again, you should be able to connect to the Tru network and get a signal.

I had truphone software on symbian 3rd I never used it but recent uninstalled it, now when I call locally from my sim,it is not allowing as it gives message "sorry you does not have permission to make that call" and "125". I am from India. I want to use my local sim to call but it is giving above msg. Please help

Hi Kirtikumar,

The error 125 will only occur when trying to make Tru Anywhere calls. This service is not available in India and so to make a call you will have to do it via Wifi. It may also be possible via 3G but this can prove unreliable especially if you are located outside a City at the time of calling.
