I love the widget - but I just upgraded to latest version - and whilst I can see searches, hashtags and even references to me I cannot see my own tweets. I have cleared the cache etc - still no joy. Help please ;-)

Mick,
Twitter has recently reworked their search and this looks like a bug in their system. I can definitely see your tweets at http://twitter.com/mickyates

However, Tweet Blender uses the same parameters as the Advanced Search page on Twitter - http://search.twitter.com/advanced and if I enter "mickyates" into the "from this person" box I get no search results. Tweet Blender gets no results as well.

I checked Twitter's bug report queue and see a few similar issues:
http://code.google.com/p/twitter-api/issues/detail?id=1551

I reported this as Issue 1561. Let's see what they say.

Hello Pamela,
there is now a workaround in the plugin. Go to WP Admin > Settings > Tweet Blender > Advanced tab and check the box "Do not use Search API". That should do the trick for you.

Pleased to say that the support folks at Twitter adjusted my account settings and all is now well!

So they responded to you directly? Did they say what was done? I think there are quite a few other users that have the same issue so I'm wondering is there anything they can do themselves vs. contacting Twitter support.

Yes, they did and very quickly indeed - just said they fixed my account with no clue as to what they did - and no reference to a generic problem. Seems like everyone with a similar problem needs to talk to twitter support directly ....
