Dear Chuen,
The mentions alert was mistakingly suspended approximately 12 hours ago during a site upgrade. At this point, you should have received all of the mentions pending since that time. Please let me know if this is not the case.

We've experienced some occasional alert downtime during the last two weeks but are taking the necessary precautions to prevent this from happening in the future. Thanks for your patience - I really appreciate you making us aware of this issue!

Hi Erin,
Mentions alerts have been running non-stop for quite some time now. I verified in our mail logs that a mentions alert was sent to your email address at 2:09EDT today. Please double-check that the email did not end up a spam/bulk folder. It is also possible that an intermediate mail server is causing the email to be delayed. Let us know - thanks!

Hi Jenny - did you receive the verification email when you linked your email address? If not, please check your spam/bulk mail folders. You can also resend the email from your tweetymail account.

Thanks for the quick reply Anil,

I had 4 to 5 mentions on twitter this morning and received no alerts from tweetymail in this regard. It was working fine yesterday when I signed up the service, 4.99 subscription. I have checked in all my mail folders, no alerts. I can tweet and request latest tweets via tweetymail fine, its just the mentions alerts that I am having issues with.

It looks like you were sent quite a few Mention Alerts since I last checked yesterday. We actually did not do anything on our end to trigger those; it is possible (albeit rare) that the Twitter API experienced a delay in delivering those mentions and they finally came through. We haven't heard of any problems with the Mentions Alert in several months but we will keep an eye on this.

By the way, I noticed that you somehow ended up with two Mentions Alerts associated with your single email address. I went ahead and removed the second alert so that you do not received duplicate notifications.
