How do I get my account unlocked?

I've been locked out of my account for days. Even after shutting down all third party apps (both on my PC and cell phone) and letting it sit for hours, I remain locked out.

Emails to support@twitter.com return an automated response indicating that Twitter does not provide email support and indicates that a help ticket should be submitted. Of course, the link to submit a help ticket directs me to a page with no input form.

Any ideas on how to cut around this (intentionally?) obfuscated tech support process?

I have the same issue. I never found the request ticket button, where is it. I even re-set my password and that doesn't work.

Yup, same here. A timeframe on the account locked message at least would be useful.
