"I'm not receiving my password reset email"
There are several reasons why you may not receive a password reset email. Your email address could be spelled incorrectly (we see a lot of gmai.coms) or your password reset mail may be bouncing. Make sure to check your spam filter or junk folder to make sure messages from Twitter aren't being marked as spam. If you still can't get in, submit a request to our Support team, and be sure to include your user name and email address.
