Why has http://twitter.com/javascripts/blogger.js stopped working?

For more than a year I've been displaying my five most recent tweets on my blog with this code:
<div id="twitter_div">
<ul id="twitter_update_list"></ul>
</div>
<script type="text/javascript" src="http://twitter.com/javascripts/blogger.js"></script>
<script type="text/javascript" src="http://twitter.com/statuses/user_timeline/bradamant.json?callback=twitterCallback2&count=5"></script>

Recently, it stopped working. Or rather, it fails to load about 95% of the time, regardless of which browser I'm using. I looked back at the Twitter site and no longer see a way to design a badge like this. Is it no longer supported? I really don't like the look of the currently offered profile widget; it's a totally different style from my site.

Me too, except that I use it for two accounts. One does continue to work and the other has stopped and nothing I can do can get it going again.

The only variable is the username.
