My domain mapping issues have been resolved thanks to the good people and great technical support of the TypePad team. I wasn't understanding the instructions as it was explained to me at the Domain Names Companies website that held my domain names. My Blog Host Company (TypePad) got in there, addressed the issue in a timely and courteous manner. All this without my asking. Type Pad offered go over to the other Companies website and clean up that Companies mess on my behalf. WOW. Now my Blogs/Websites are fully operational in every way.

A company that’ll go the extra mile to please its customers. By being generous with its time and effort, TypePad has gained the trust of this consumer. In the end it is all about integrity that builds trust, which is necessary for any business relationship to be sustainable.

I am so thankful and appreciative. I will sing in the praises of: Laura and Zalary. Along with anyone else on the TypePad Team that had a hand in fix'n the hitch in the giddy up. My hat is off to All of you. THANK YOU, Muchas gracias, Merci beaucoup, Domo arigato.

What I've learned: You may not be as dumb as you think. But not smarter than a fifth grader. (grn) Written instructions: This is one of the most important forms of communication on how to get some thing done. Great writers of instructional How To's are hard to come by. It may not be the most glamourous type of writing, but the most valuable, the world needs clear understandable easy to follow instructions. Find the best writers and pay them the best. Lastly, customer service and support is at the top of the list for client retention.
