I have 3 blogs in the same account with 3 unique url's that I am trying to attach them to. The first I had no problem domain mapping to my url, but the other 2 had the .typepad.com/blogname and I am unble to map these because they are not top level. Do you know if there is a way around this??

yes you can do that. i have several blogs domain mapped and they are not top level. For example, my main blog is:

www.mytypepadusername.com

and my 2nd blog is at

www.mytypepadusername.com/blog2

When you set the domain mapping up do NOT put the full "www.mytypepadusername.com/blog2" in the space where you have the domain registered. All you need to do is put the actual name of your main typepad account and the mapping feature will find the sub level domain on its own. Read here for more info:

Let me know how this works for you. :)

Hi Nicole!

Your CNAME is always the same for any domain you're mapping to individual blogs on your account. So if you used example.typepad.com as your CNAME initially, your CNAME would always be example.typepad.com.

You differentiate the blogs when you do step 2 of the Domain Mapping process within your Typepad account, by choosing the specific blog you are mapping from the drop down menu there, instead of mapping to the entire account. Does that make sense?

If you need additional help with this, just let us know!

Cheers,
